To make the Best Turkish-Greek Coffee, add 2 tsp coffee (6gr) for 65ml water into the Coffee Pot (sugar optional), brew the coffee on low heat, and share the risen foam and the coffee to cups.

Copper helps to raise the temperature evenly and gradually, thus making your coffee more aromatic, tastier, and more foamy. To make the Most Delicious Coffee, measure the water with the cup and pour it to the coffee pot, add 2 teaspoons of coffee (6 gr of coffee for 65ml water), and optionally, add 2 teaspoons of sugar for each cup. Properly mix the coffee and sugar on low heat, and after a while, share out the risen foam to cups. Brew the remaining coffee for one more boil and pour it to the cups. During the service, it's a tradition to hand a glass of water alongside the coffee.
